OA Unit Youth Elections
Requests for OA Unit Youth Elections for 2022 are now closed.
Unit leaders and/or Committee Chairs that held an election this year should have received an email
on how submit adult nominations.
Adult Nominations are due by May 14.
If your Troop or Crew is attending an out of council camp and you would like your Scouts/Adults called out by the visiting lodge,
Your unit will have to request a "Courtesy Call-Out" from Waupecan Lodge.
Shortly after submitting your request, the lodge will email the Unit Leader/Comm. Chair the documentation
giving Waupecan Lodge permissions to the visiting lodge to conduct the Courtesy Call-outs.

Please Note:
Your Courtesy Call-Out paperwork includes the names of all scouts elected and adults nominated and approved in your Troop/Crew this year.
For this reason, Courtesy Call-Out requests will not be processed until shortly after the May 14 Adult Nomination Approvals.
After the adult approval process, Courtesy Call-Out requests should be processed within 24-48 hours.
